Laide is an Engineer turned Product Manager with over 15 years of experience across engineering, product, and business.

Laide is a co-founder of Mink, a software startup that is building the ecosystem for fractional work. She also founded Pickytarian, an ecommerce company that develops eye-catching compostable tableware for special occasions.

Prior to founding her companies, Laide led product at various startups and large tech companies such as Amazon and Sonos.

She has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, M.S. in Embedded Systems from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Dual B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.
